Why do I get get a run time error 1004 when using this command on Excel 97?

The above script is in sub of a Control Command Button.

Problem: Worksheets("New Style 2006").Unprotect Password:="naPrint"
 

Set the TakeFocusOnClick property of the Commandbutton to false. This is a
bug in xl97.
