not enough memory for pivot table in excel
 

I have a pivot table which pulls the record form A2k database when I say
referesh data in pivot table. I have 280000 records in Access database. It
was working great with less records but at this stage with 280K records it
stops at 220000 recods and give me error message "not enough memory". Please
help

It sounds like you are pulling too many fields into your pivot or the fields
are too large. Try looking at the fields in the Access side and try to make
them smaller, especially the text. If there are any fileds you can do without
stop retrieving them into your pivot. I have managed to pull up to 1,000,000
records but there was only 4 fields.
