Percentage of subtotal with Pivot

I need help with below.

My source data is showed as:
Week| Department | Agent | Options
1 Sales Alice Agree
1 Sales Alice Agree
1 Sales Alice Disagree

i would need to get the formula for the percentage of number of
agree/total options. Anyone can help?
