Working with 2 worksheets
Well, I am trying to do the following I hope I explain this right. Ca someone tell me if this is possible. 1. I am working with an excel packing slip for equipment. There ar various parts in column "C". Some require PO Numbers and Seria Numbers. These are located on another sheet. 2. I am trying to come up with a way that I can run down column "C" o the "Packlist" Tab and then jump over to the "Serial" tab and locate th first instant of that part. Next to the part number is a quantity Based on that quantity, I need it to cut the quantity from the "Serial sheet to the "Packlist" sheet underneath that part. Then continue dow until it can no longer find the specific part within the "Serial sheet. I have attaced a copy of the actual spreadsheet to what it would loo like for me to get the serial numbers into the appropriate places. Thank You, Chri +------------------------------------------------------------------- |Filename: packlist example.zip |Download: http://www.excelforum.com/attachment.php?postid=4251 +------------------------------------------------------------------- -- zero63 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- zero635's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=2480 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=50347 |
