Default Having trouble with a IsNull function

I am trying to have my program use the IsNull function. Basically what it is
saying is if any of the cells is empty, then set an rdf format to be a
certain way. I am getting this error that says, "Wrong number of arugments
or invalid property assignments." What gives?
