Grouping numbers, disregarding the minimum
 

I am trying to design a scoring worksheet that uses weighted ave, discarding
the minimum. As a tie breaker, it uses the five remaining scores, which have
three values each. I need to know how to have excel to disregard the minimum
values to start the tie breaking process. I already have it outputing the
min from the total score.
