Default How do I set up a vacation report using hours alloted based on hir

Hello,
I've been trying to create a vacation report based on hire date to determine
the yearly allotment of hours. No luck so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As a start and with no details,
Look at the datedif function
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/datedif.htm

Only documented in help for xl2000, but available in all versions.

Once you figure out how many months, days, or years, then possibly use
Choose or some multiplier or use a vlookup table.
