Scrollbar flash
 

Hi

I've used a scrollbar in the worksheet and it works fine.
The problem is that whenever the scroll happens the scrollbar flashes
which irritates the users.
It stops flashing only if focus is set to something else.
Is there any workaround to stop this flashing ?

Please help.
