Customize ROW/COLUMN header
In excel we have got default row headers as "1,2,3,4..." and column headers as "A,B,C,D..." Can we change them into more meaningful words or customized code? Many thanks, P. -- prague ------------------------------------------------------------------------ prague's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=30172 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=499138 |
Customize ROW/COLUMN header
No, the best you can do is hide them (ToolsOptionsView and uncheck Column
and Row Headers) and then use row 1 and Column A to enter more meaningful names. You could also select B2 and WindowFreeze Panes to keep the always visible. -- HTH Bob Phillips (remove nothere from email address if mailing direct) "prague" wrote in message ...
