Intellisense does not pup up?

Hi all,

I am not sure why, but while I am workingin in my Excel 2002 VBA
environment, the intellisense does not pop up when I hit ctrl-spacebar. I
check the refereneces to VBA and it appears to be ok. Can you share with me
what might be wrong?
