http address for shared files in web mail
 

I have some shared files in web mail server, and want a VBA program to access
them. How do I find out the "http://" address to access them? Are there
standard protocols for this? If so, where can I find them?

P.S. I have already tried to get my service provider to answer this, but
unfortunately the service hs not been provided!!
