I create a pivot table with the field "Operator", "item", "Order No" as row
field , "Month" as Column field and "Order No" as Data Field. Is there any way that the data can be separated into different sheet by "Operator"? |

You could use the Show Pages feature to create a pivot table on a
separate sheet for each operator -- Move the Operator field to the page area. Then, select a cell in the pivot table, and from the PivotTable toolbar, choose PivotTable Show Pages. Select Operator in the list, and click OK. ak wrote: I create a pivot table with the field "Operator", "item", "Order No" as row field , "Month" as Column field and "Order No" as Data Field.
