switching between applications
Hi,
I want to automate a manual process at work that will save a lot of time. I'm not sure what language to use or exactly how to do it. But, bottom line - is there a way to switch between applications and be able to perform specific actions in them? For example, if I have a macro that formats an Excel spreadsheet and I want it to then switch to Outlook and paste in the contents and such, how can I do this? Or if I wanted to switch back to an IE browser and autmomatically click on a certain link? I'm a novice and was just hoping someone could start me off in the right direction. Thanks, Corey G |

Thank you for the helpful links! I will definitely bookmark those.
What would you recommend for switching between applications that are not part of office or perhaps not Microsoft? |
