Licensing question

I am developing an application in excel and want to license it to users
on a one-year license term, after this I want the software to become
unusable.

Questions:

1. Is there a 3rd party product out there that can help me accomplish
this?

2. Any other way to accomplish this?

Ideas welcome!

Cheers

Peter (new to VBA) & happyxmas/holidays to everyone!
