how can i import data form an database access file
and make the cells have that data??

importing data from access
 

You can export an entire Access table to Excel, or create a query in Access
to filter what you want from the table, you can then save the query and
export the query to Excel.

Or, from Excel, run MS Query and query the data you want, or run a presaved
query.

look
i cant change the access file
and there is another programe which is auomatically updated the acces
file it
so i want to know
specific information from that access file when it changed
and i paste it into the cells of excel fil
