Default VBA - Insert Values from listItems to textbox

I have created UserForm where you can insert text/numbers to texboxes.
Values in textboxes are saved in zzz.xls file.

On top of the UserForm I inserted listItems which shows data saved in
something.xls files.

I would like to know how would I insert values in texboxes values from
file something.xls?

I made screenshot how it looks.

Thank you!
