OFFSET FUNCTION
Dear Friends
I'm trying to write a simple mortgage rate calculator. I have a worksheet that looks something like below. credit score LTV 700 60 % 70% 75% 80% 680 7.00 7.25 7.50 8.00 660 8.00 8.25 8.50 9.00 640 9.00 9.25 9.50 10.00 I want to be able to have to combo box 1. Combo1 "Please select Fico" 2. Combo2 "Please select LTV" Then another cell will display the rate according to the Fico and LTV selected. I'm just lost right now. It's been a while since I code. Any help would greatly help! Thanks Friends! |
