Adding sound clips into Excel
I would like to have a sound play when a cell that is receiving real-time
information (financial quotes) reaches a certain value. I envision it working like a conditional format except that it would play a note instead of turning the cell a color. The ability to have several different sounds for different conditions would be ideal. Excel 2002. |

Adding sound clips into Excel
Hi, Ilyaskazi,
Have you ever been able to get the sound notes code to work? I can't figure out how to invoke the PlaySoundNotesInExcel97 macro from within my selection_change macro. I think it needs a parameter, but I don't know what it is... Thanks Pete "ilyaskazi" wrote: Check this: To Play sound files: http://www.exceltip.com/st/Playing_s...Excel/461.html To Play wav files: http://www.exceltip.com/st/Playing_W...Excel/460.html -- ilyaskazi ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ilyaskazi's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=23969 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=493697 |
