VB Error 'File Not Found' when opening Excel

I have a user that receives a VB error when opening Excel - 'File Not Found'.
This is after installing a Macro that another user sent to her.
There are not any macros that start when Excel does - at least I don't think
there are.
OS: WinXP
Office Version: 2003Pro

We have tried reinstalling Office 2003Pro twice. The first time I did not
restart the PC until the installation was complete. The second time, I
restarted after uninstalling and after reinstalling.

Please help.

Can you post the macro code that was installed. What does the code that was
installed do?

There were many macros installed, but none set to start up.
We reinstalled Windows and this resolved the problem.

Thanks for your quick response.
