Excel 2000: Is there vba code to open one subtotal detail

Have several account numbers with sub totals. Would like to use vba to open
(i.e. show details) of just one account. The only thing I can find is the
ExecuteExcel4Macro "SHOW.DETAIL.

Have you considered using a pivot tabel instead? If you data is in a format
which subtotals readily then it is likely good for a pivot table. Then it is
just a matter of placing the account numbers at the top of the table instead
of in the body of the table... If you would like some help with a pivot table
(if you have not used one before) then reply back and I can walk you through
creating one... They are really easy and very powerful for reporting and
analyzing data.
