Use execl financial function(Ex:PMT/RATE Function) with ASP

Hi, I'm trying to write Mircosoft ASP code to call excel financial
functions, like PMT/RATE functions, but most examples online are talking
about creating and getting objects.

Anyone has any idea how to do it or any reference?
Any input is appreciated.
