combo box help

I have a timesheet but would like to input a box which would appear on
certain cells which shows "sickness,overtime,day off, so-so" and clicking on
whatever will show in the cell selected.
i have a calender code which is similar but need help on how to do this

From your description what you probably want is Data - Validation - List
(add your list of values seprated by Commas)
