sETTING A SPECIAL FORMAT
Hi, I want to make a format that:
If the number is a whole number (with no decimals) appears as: 3 or -3(in red) but if it have decimals appears as: 3.09 or -3.09 (in red) (just 2 decimals) I want to use the cell format option is this possible???? |
