How can I make a cell reuired
 

I have created a workbook and want to make a couple cells required fields. In
other words is there a way to formulate a cell so that if it is not populated
that a message will pop up and say they are require to fill in

It really depends on when the check needs to take place.

Is it when the user clicks a button or when the user saves a file or when
the user enters some other data?

I want it to pop up to happen when you try and go to another page within the
workbook
