help with auto numbering an invoice
 

I am trying to create an invoice template that open opening auto number
with a new and unique number each time. However I also need it to sav
referenced to the unique number in value format so each invoice can b
reopened and edited without changing it's number. Just the templat
should change upon opening. If anybody can help me with this it woul
be much appreciated
