Default Upgrading 2K to 2003

We're about to have a new desktop rollout. Should I anticipate problems with
VBA written in Office 2K?

if you use ActiveX controls, then we have had considerable problems - in
fact, we removed all use of them. The only controls that we allow now arefrom
the "old" forms toolbox. We have Office XP SP3. We also have huge problems
with Excel falling over and have had to roll back to v (...6626) SP3 more
recent versions had issues in both not finding DLL's, hanging on opening,
hanging on calculation.

You paint a rosy picture!
As I can't recall installing any ActiveX controls in the two critical
workbooks, the proactive approach seems unnecessary. Anything else can wait
its turn.
