Close Internet connection

I have MS XL Home & MS Office circa 2003
In Excel I am using the following to open a specific web page via IE6 and it
works fine.
Dim webBk As Workbook
Set webBk = Workbooks.Open("http://www.somewebpage.com")

But what code can I then use to close the connection and IE6.
