Default Toolbar control for a form

I'm working with the richText control on a vba form. Essentially I want to
recreate the formatting command bar on my form so that I can use the bold,
italic, underline and font colour buttons as they normally appear in excel.

Can anyone help me to remake this command bar on a form?
