Bottom Border along Pagebreak not working properly
 

I am working with worksheets that prints several pages.
The problem is that everytime I format the Bottom border
along pagebreak using the "bottom edge" toolbar button, the result
is not what I expect. It printed the "bottom border" for the first page, and
the
"top border" for the next page is missing. So I have to repeat the format
using the "Top edge" toolbar button.
Is there a way to do this using macro ?
