Lock to copy/ modification data
 

on executing my workbook i need to disable copy/cut mode or any
modification in this workbook. User should able to see but prevent from
any modifications and to copy data/contents from my workbook.

protect and lock every sheet. also, set each sheets 'ScrollArea' to a small
range - that would prevent the user from even being able to select any cells

you can also use a split window and protect the sheet to prevent users
selecting anaything...here are a few ideas

.SplitColumn = 10
.FreezePanes = True
