Editable combo. Elaborate code example wanted.

yep I'm back :)
moved into my new apartment and back to work.
some boxes (ahum) need unpacking, but the painting is done
the kitchen installed and the sun is shining. AND Holland is going to
the WM in Germany. What more could a man want?

Well.. here goes..

does anyone have some decent code for a combobox,
with add/rename/delete functionality?

for those that dont know me:
the "elaborate" means it should be good complete code.
I can do without comment lines, but I like to see somebody else's
implementation before doing all the donkeywork myself :)
