Automate Inventory
 

Is there any way to automate my inventory list with a macro or checkbox
to paste from one worksheet tab to another once a product is sold.

Yes, probably... but would need more info to know how to do it. How are the
two sheets arranged (rows and columns)? How does the procedure get initiated
- what tells me that a product is sold: Does the user enter a value in a
cell? Or press a command button? And how would I know how to find the
proper data from the inventory list? How would I know where it needs to be
pasted? Without details like this it is impossible to respond.
