1 CalendarForm - Many date boxes
I haven't been able to wrap my brain around this problem and I haven't found
anything on this site related to what I need to do. First, I can't use the activex calendar because not all of the computers where I work have MS Access on them. That being said, I found a calendar online (http://vbaexpress.com/forum/showthre...4&page=1&pp=20) that has worked exactly how I want it to...for one form (The code is quite a bit above my level of understanding). I am having difficulty using this calendar to provide a date to other forms. Let me explain... The form that is working how I would like it to contains a form to calculate a chosen number of days before a specified date (this is helpful for condo reservations guidelines where I work - i.e. I need to know what 45 days before Dec. 13, 2005 is.) So I use the calendar as a way to have the user select a date. What I am having trouble with is applying this calendar to other forms. When the date is selected it goes to a cell specifically related to the booking information for the form above. I've toyed putting the calendar date that has been selected in a fixed cell and having all forms reference that cell. The problem with that is many forms that I use require multiple dates on the same form. Long story short, I need the calendar to create a variable that can be used once in a text box on a form then while the text box remembers that date (until I clear it later) and then the calendar can be used again for another textbox. Many thanks for the help JNW |
