MouseHover in VBA

Simple problem with a simple answer I hope.

I want to call a mouseHover or mouseOver event on an Excel sheet in VBA.

I want to be able to change the colour or the text of an object (textbox,
autoshape, etc) on an excel sheet simply by moving the mouse over the object.

I.e. To clarfiy that an object can be clicked by re-colouring it slightly,
like many users are familiar with on web-site interfaces.

I'm aware the VB code is:

Private Sub Button_MouseHover(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As
System.EventArgs) Handles Button.MouseHover

.... sadly this doesn't appear to hold true for VBA?

Thanks,

Mark.

As you have discovered, there is no such worksheet event but go to the
following link and I think you will find what you need.

Cheers,

It seems like a lot of effort, It may well get pushed down in priority a bit!

Mark.
