Default time and auto macro run by setting time

Hi,
First I would like to put a clock or to show the time and date in the excel
worksheet.
Second, I would like the macro to run a certain a specifi time on the
particular day.

So how should I go about in doing these???

you will fiend a digital or analog clock fully functioning at J-Walk's
