I want to pull out certain address in excel and put into a file
 

I have several thousand address on a mailing list in excel. I would like to
pull out about 600 and put these into a private file that I can later use to
print mailing labels. But keep the original list in its original form.

Don't know if you mean random, first 600, or everyone in your list in Ohio
