Code execution has been interrupted

I was getting the above message everytime I tried to run some code in
Excel. After a bit of googling, I sourced the VBA Code Cleaner add in
from appspro.com. I cleaned pretty much every project that was open,
and I still got the errors. I resorted to closing all workbooks,
removing all add-ins, removing personal.xls. But now I get the above
error when I start up Excel. When I try to run the code cleaner, It
cannot find any projects to clean, so there must be another problem
with Excel.

Anyone know what it could be?

Many TIA,

Red.

Does this happen in just a single workbook, or does it occur on
all workbooks?

All workbooks, even when opening excel with a blank workbook. The
funny thing is when I came into work the next day, the problem had
dissapeared!

Oh well!

Hi Red,

So you managed to solve the problem? Has it come back? just wondering as it
appears to be intermittent in our environment.

Can I ask what steps you took?
