Repeat F2

As my spreadsheet is heavily laced with formulas it takes about 20 minutes or
so for the whole spreadsheet to finish calculating if I use the F9 key. So
to speed things up I would like to have Excel refresh 4,000 (or so) records
using the F2 <enter keystrokes. Is there a way to have Excel do this through
Vba?
