Automatic refresh on opening required
 

Hello
I would like to view data on my Palm PDA using a spread sheet linked to an
Access data base. To do this I have created a scheduled task that opens the
spread sheet each day at 07:30 but I can not find a way to refresh the data
when the spread sheet is opened, can anybody help please?
There may be an alternative way to do this, any suggestions would be
appreciated
