Intermittent missing reference problem
 

I have an Access 97 front end to an SQL Server 2000 database. One of
the functions in the front-end generates an Excel spreadsheet using a
template stored on a file server and plugs in some values before
saving it. Sometimes, and I haven't yet been able to establish a
pattern for when, the generated spreadsheet has missing references for
mc2PDF and PDFMaker.XLA.

The users are on SOE machines with Office XP apart from Access which
is Access 97.

Any ideas?
