Prevent / Disable Worksheet Copy or Move

Hi all,

Even after (or because of) a few glasses of red wine, I cannot figure
out how to do this...

I want to prevent the user from using [Worksheet,Copy] or
[Worksheet,Move]

I don't want to remove the commands from the menu, in fact I don't want
to fiddle with the menus at all.

I just want to catch the commands and make them null.

If there was an event such as [BeforeWorksheetCopy] life would be easy,
but I dont know of such a command, so I am relying on the group!

A bottle of red to whoever provides the answer that works...

Thanks

Tom,

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't want to restrict the worksheet
in any way, so I would prefer to avoid protecting the workbook.

How does that restrict the worksheet beyond the stated move or copy.
