Can somebody help me to create a macro where the options (points) can be
selected by clicking the list box?
For Example:
What is your gender?
Male
Female
I want to choose the options by just clicking one of them.

Why don't you simply use data validation list with those selections?

Select the range.
From Data menu, select Validation.
Allow:List
Source:"Male";"Female" (the list separator depends on your regional
settings).
OK.
