Printing multiple ranges w/o page breaks between
Hi
I used VBA (I use Excel 5) to select two regions of a worksheet. The first is some headers (cells a3:bn5) and the second is one region (cells a7:bn7) that includes what I want to be printed. So I use union to selected these two regions. But in print preview (hence in the printout) the first range (the headings) is printed separately from the other region. How can I get rid of these page breaks? |

Don't select two regions. Select the top left cell in the header and the
bottom right cell in the region so that entire area/range is selected. Then hide the rows you don't want to see. then print. Rows(6).Hidden = True Range("A3:BN7").Printout Rows(6).Hidden = False Or, you can use the rows to repeat at top setting on the last tab in the Page Setup Dialog to identify your header rows. Then just print the region. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "fuzzy" wrote in message oups.com... Hi I used VBA (I use Excel 5) to select two regions of a worksheet.
