Protect Help!
 

Dear all,

I have a workbook having 02 sheets: data and form. Is there any way to
prevent user changing worksheet name without using protect sheet.

Protecting the sheet doesn't prevent the changing of a sheet name.
Protecting the workbook (Tools - Protect - Protect Workbook) does, and
allows changes to the sheets.
