retrieval of data from web to excel
 

Hi,

Can anyone guide me with the commands to be used in the macro to connect to
a site, provide the user & password & retrieve the same in the excel sheet..

for eg.. connecting to yahoo providing user name & pwd & retrieving mail
info in my excel spreadsheet...
