Calcualte APRs for ARMs and Balloon payment mortgages

I am trying to create a worksheet that can calculate APRs by inserting the
interest rate in a cell. I have successfully created the formulas for
generating fixed rate mortgages. How do alter the formula for calculating
ARMs and Balloon payment mortgages?
