automatic insert date when clicking cel

Does anybody know how to make that when clicking the cel, the date o
that day appears in the cel and stays there.

select the cell and push <cntrl; for the date and <cntr<shift: fo
the time

you wouldn't really want, for this to happen each time you click onto
cell.
