difficulty with conversion program
 

HI All,
I am trying to run this little program. It runs without any proble
apparently, but do not put value in textbox2.
Any help would be appreciated.

TextBox2.Value = Format(TextBox1.Value / 2.2046, "00.00")

ElseIf ComboBox1.Value = "Pounds" & ComboBox2.Value = "KG" Then

How about replacing the & characters with AND ?
