Any ways to circumvent this by tweaking any Excel settings, or do i have to
rightsize up my macro?

Never had this error, but 'right-sizing' sounds the solution to me, there
are problems when modules get too big, so the same would apply to a
procedure.

You need to break the procedure in to parts. Good structured
programming usually prevents this error from occurring in the
first place.
