Command Button Macro Execution Failure

Under certain conditions I have observed that a command button will not
execute its macro. Conditions are as follows: (1) There is a chart on the
worksheet that is selected or a part of it is selected, and (2) A part of the
worksheet is frozen and the button is located in the frozen area. If no
chart object is selected, the macro will run correctly. If the sheet is not
frozen, or the button is not in the frozen area, the macro will run
correctly. If however, the button is in the frozen area and a chart object
is selected, the macro will not execute. This was difficult to find and this
information may be useful to the Excel VBA community. Please not that
although the workaround of moving the button to an unfrozen area is simple,
the ability to keep the button visable at the top of the worksheet is lost.
I hope this information is useful and saves someone a lot of de-bugging time.
